The “Cindy French Colors” consultation can only be described as magic! Cindy French takes her clients’ specific taste, preference, and imagination, and just styles. Her signature transformation consists of an assessment of hair color, skin tone, and eye color. By allowing clients to gaze through a self-made look book, choosing styles, whether it’s the intended choice or not, French is able to determine the best look for each client. Materializing an image of perfection for each client has always been French’s goal. For the past 25 years, she has been professionally coloring (and styling) hair, creating unique and memorable looks for each of her clients. Training under world-renowned hair-Olympic stylist Michael Taylor, and the very talented Augie Augusto, French has always been scheduled for greatness. She truly made her mark serving as the colorist to the Matrix International Artistic Director,-Vivienne Mackinder. She was awarded the Rising Star Award, one of the highest honors given at Matrix Essentials for her work there. From 2000-2002, she served as a L’Oreal Professionnel Portfolio Artist, touring the U.S, headlining shows. She was the U.S representative to L’Oreal Paris Professionnel for photo shoots in the spring and summer collections. After making women beautiful all over the world, serving as a stylist in the Notorious New York Fashion Week, working in Australia, and Milan, French returned to the U.S to offer her prominent services domestically.
With the invention of “Cindy French Colors”, the veteran colorist has created a way to merge her client’s vision of perfection with the most appealing look. Using computerized matches, assessing warm and cool eye colors, skin tones, and natural hair colors, and evaluating personal style, French is able to transform her client’s look into the most beautiful one. “This image consultation allows me to create the healthiest look for a client,” says French. “With the assessment, I can choose a color palette that smoothes out the skin, softens imperfections, and rolls back age.”
